Joan Bumgarner “Mama LAAHU” Distinguished Service Award

The Joan Bumgarner “Mama LAAHU” Distinguished Service Award was created to commemorate one of CAHIP-LA’s most beloved leaders who passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020. Joan Bumgarner loved life and the insurance industry, was a model LAAHU (CAHIP-LA) member, volunteer, and human being. Her steadfast love of, and leadership in, LAAHU (CAHIP-LA) is legendary, and we are forever blessed to have been inspired and enriched by her.
